About the Promotion
Austin CarShare is running a special promotion with Austin Cycling Association now through May 31, the end of Bike to Work Month. When you join Austin CarShare and list Austin Cycling Association as a referral, you will receive a $25 driving credit with Austin CarShare, and we will make a $25 cash donation to ACA to aid in their mission to provide scheduled bicycle rides almost every weekend.

How to Join
Enroll online or call Austin CarShare at (512) 448-4477. A $25 application fee and $300 security deposit will be due upon enrollment. On your membership application, list Austin Cycling Association or ACA as your referral and receive $25 in driving credit upon application approval.

What is Austin CarShare
Austin CarShare is a local non-profit that has launched the first carsharing service in Texas. Carsharing is a convenient service that allows members to reserve vehicles by the hour, online or by phone. Members then access the vehicle they reserve with an electronic member key. Austin CarShare currently has cars downtown at 2nd & Colorado and 4th & Congress as well a car and truck in West Campus at San Antonio & 23rd. Rates are $4/hour and 44¢/mile and gas, insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, and free parking at City metered spots are included in the price.
